Mutual Ministry

• Mutual ministry isn’t just an element of small group life that happens at some set time of the week. Mutual ministry is the ethos of small group life—it's the lifeblood of community.
• Small groups aren’t about one person ministering to a group of people. They’re about every member ministering to every member—living out the one-anothers of Scripture in everyday life.
• We need each other (1 Corinthians 12:12–26).

Multiplication

• Discipleship is multiplication—it's making disciple-making disciples.
• Multiplied discipleship leads to multiplied leadership which leads to multiplied ministry.
• Groups won't be together forever. They can’t be together forever. Others need to experience life in a small group.
